Something Steel is a steel drum and vocal band that was formed in 2002. They perform regularly around the region at both private and public events. They were the first band to perform a concert at the new Margaritaville Restaurant and Casino in Tulsa in August of 2016! The band has performed at many music events and festivals in the region including Mayfest, Tulsa State Fair, and Freedom Fest which always draw big crowds. They are also the featured music at OneOk Field in Tulsa for the Tulsa Driller’s annual Jimmy Buffett night promotion since 2002. They also play many fund-raising events and private parties for individuals, country clubs, and corporations. Something Steel has also performed many concerts at the Guthrie Green in downtown Tulsa, and also performed at the historic Cain’s Ballroom!
